Current Research
Previously I worked on developing flexible skins for sensor arrays. Now I am going to be working on integrated analog electronics for MEMS and developing low temperature processes for making sensors and actuators. At the present instant this involves charaterizing photoresist as a sacrificial layer. Kind of like watching paint dry, only in reverse...
